• All rentals are payable in advance.
• Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. No exceptions. 
• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in any of our units.
• Sorry, but we do not give refunds for inclement weather or early departure.
• There is a 2-night minimum to make a reservation during the summer; 3-night minimum on holiday weekends.
• All types of fireworks are prohibited at the Red Barn and Indian Point Lodge property, LHR property or inside the park/marina cove.
• Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum during this time. No loud music should be played outdoors at any time of day out of respect for our neighbors.
• This is a family friendly resort. Please be courteous of your neighbors (i.e. no foul language, public drunkenness, illegal drug use, etc.). Local law enforcement will be called if necessary, and any person unwilling to cooperate with our policies will be asked to leave.

We are a family owned and operated small business; we are not a large chain resort. We are also located in a secluded area, so it is very difficult to fill unexpected vacancies due to last-minute cancellations. Cancellations and/or changes must be made more than 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not result in a refund. With your help, we can continue to keep our rates reasonable in the future. We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay with us and choose to make Pontiac Cove a repeat destination.
